STUDIO POLICIES
At Evoken Studio, we want to ensure that every experience in our studio is enjoyable and beneficial for all participants. To facilitate this, please take note of our studio policies:

All sales are FINAL and non-refundable: We understand that life can be unpredictable, but once a purchase is made, it's non-refundable. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.

Arrival Time: We kindly request that you arrive at least 5 minutes before the scheduled class start time. Punctuality is important as it allows for a proper warm-up and prevents disruption to fellow participants.

Late Arrival: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to a class, please be aware that the studio door may be locked, and you may be asked to leave. This policy is in place to ensure the quality and integrity of each session. Additionally, latecomers risk having their reserved spots given to standby students if they are more than 5 minutes late without prior notification.

Communication: If you anticipate running late but will still be within our 10-minute grace period, please send us a text to let us know. We appreciate your courtesy in keeping us informed.

Mandatory Grip Socks: For hygiene and safety reasons, we require the use of grip socks during classes. Regular socks will not suffice, and there are no exceptions to this policy. Thank you for helping us maintain a clean and safe environment for all participants.
