FAQ
WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL?
We understand that life can sometimes throw unexpected curveballs. In normal circumstances, you have the flexibility to cancel your class reservation at no cost up to 12 hours in advance, and the class will be credited back to your account. If you need to cancel within this 12-hour window, the following charges apply:
-
If you late cancel a class (or don't show up), and you are using a class pack, one class will be deducted from your remaining classes.
-
For those with a monthly unlimited account, a fee of $25 will be charged for late cancellations.
-
In the event of a no-show without a prior cancellation, you will be charged the price of a single class, which is $45.

Please note that canceled classes cannot be rescheduled within the 12-hour window. All class sales are considered final and non-refundable, exchangeable, or transferable.

If you need to cancel a reservation, you can do so by logging into MindBody, navigating to "My Info," clicking on "My Schedule," and selecting "Cancel" next to the class time. If you encounter any difficulties or have questions, feel free to reach out to us via email at one@evoke.co or by leaving a message at the studio.

WHAT IF I'M PREGNANT OR RECOVERING FROM AN INJURY?
If you are pregnant, dealing with an injury, or in the process of rehabilitation, we kindly request that you get in touch with the studio first. We'll be happy to guide you on the most suitable class, session, program, or instructor for your specific needs. Please note that our policy advises against participating in group classes during pregnancy, particularly during the third trimester. We're here to assist you in finding the best solution.
I'M NEW TO PILATES, WHAT DO I NEED?
For newcomers to Pilates, we recommend considering a private session to get acquainted with the fundamentals. While our studio is welcoming to all levels, our FULL BODY FLOW classes are designed to be the most accessible. This class offers more modifications and a slightly slower pace compared to our Energy Riser class, making it a great starting point.
Bring: Grip Socks are mandatory, for hygiene and safety. (if you don't have pair, we do sell them in studio $15 )

WHEN SHOULD I ARRIVE?
To ensure a smooth experience, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled class time to settle in. If you are a first-time client, allocate an extra ten minutes for the sign-in process. Punctuality is crucial as late arrivals can disrupt the class flow and pose safety concerns. Please aim to be on time to make the most of your class or session. Keep in mind that classes close five minutes after the scheduled start time, and entry will not be permitted after that time.

IS THERE PARKING?
Yes, we are located at 1105 North Hayworth Avenue in West Hollywood, CA 90046. There is ample free street parking available until 7 pm, and metered parking is also available in the vicinity. Additionally, there is a parking lot on Santa Monica Blvd (between Delilah and Employees Only) that is available every day until valet service begins at 5 pm.

RUNNING LATE?
Once a class begins, we lock the doors after the first 5 minutes to minimize disruptions and ensure your safety. Unfortunately, we cannot make exceptions to this rule as it can be distracting to both participants and the instructor.

HOW DO I RESERVE A CLASS IN ADVANCE?
You can easily reserve your classes in advance through our MindBody scheduling page. Simply click on "Schedule" and then "Book a Class." We highly recommend booking your classes in advance to secure your spot.
