After in-studio training, you’ll have one year to complete your required hours before scheduling a test-out date.

 

Training Requirements:

• 60 hours of in-studio training / 5 weekends 

• 200 hours of observation 

• 200 hours of personal practice 

• 50 hours of assistant teaching 

• 100 hours of private teaching 

• Final Practical Exam 

 

Additional Requirements:

• Must complete an anatomy course (can be completed any time, but we do recommend it's before your test).

• Polestar Pilates: Anatomy

• Fusion Pilates EDU: Anatomy

• Must read Return to Life Through Contrology by Joseph Pilates - will be referenced.

• Must purchase Student Liability Insurance before in-studio training begins.

Enrollment Steps:
