ANNA POPOVKINA

Anna grew up in Eastern Europe as a professional rhythmic gymnast, where movement became her first language. She later studied psychology, which helped her deepen her understanding of the mind–body connection. Before discovering Pilates in Los Angeles, Anna worked as a stretching coach, helping clients improve flexibility, mobility, and overall well-being.
Pilates quickly became her true passion. In her classes, Anna blends creativity, flow, and safe technique, guiding clients to feel stronger, more flexible, and more confident in their bodies. For her, Pilates is more than exercise; it’s a space to reconnect with yourself, build balance from within, and leave every class feeling uplifted and inspired
