SARANDON
My journey to heal the relationship with my mind and body led me to Pilates. After years of pushing my body to meet an "ideal," I committed myself to finding movement focused on health, strength, and longevity. Classical Pilates became that path, and I quickly realized it nurtured not just my body, but also my mind and soul. For me, Pilates is more than just exercise; its principles are woven into my daily life. My desire to share this practice with others led me to the Balanced Body Certification program, where I completed my Pilates education. I aim to constantly grow in my practice by learning from those around me, especially my clients.
