Is a dynamic, high-energy class that blends the best of Pilates, HIIT, barre, and strength training—delivered entirely on the mat and amplified with the use of props. This powerful fusion targets every major muscle group, elevating your heart rate while building endurance, tone, and full-body strength.

MAT ABS & GLUTES
A targeted mat class that gets right to the point. We go deep into the lower abs, glutes, inner thighs, and hips using intentional sequences that challenge strength, coordination, and breath. Hip mobility is woven in to support joint health and sculpted strength. You’ll feel this one long after you roll up your mat.
