FULL BODY FLOW
This is your go-to for balance, precision, and intentional movement. A full body workout that emphasizes control and coordination—think around-the-world flows, strategic transitions, and fewer spring changes to keep your energy focused inward. The pace is slower and more grounded to support deep muscular engagement and mind-body awareness. Expect to feel centered, strong, and aligned
ABS + GLUTES
This one’s all about the burn. Expect a strategic mix of heavy and light spring settings, focused core work, and glute sequences that hit every angle—bridges, side-lying, squats, and standing work. We may add props like booty bands to level things up and keep the intensity high. You’ll leave this class feeling lifted, fired up, and connected in all the right places.


ENERGY RISER
Set to high-energy music, our Energy Riser delivers a cardio-forward, full body workout built for advanced clients who want to move hard and sweat more. With heavier spring loads, faster transitions, and minimal modifications & no hands-on adjustments—just clear cuing and powerful sequencing that demands presence and precision.
It's our most fast-paced, cardio-driven class, built to elevate your heart rate and challenge your endurance. Think controlled intensity, big movements, and zero downtime.

ELEVATE
Advanced Classical Flow
Elevate, your Pilates practice with our Advanced Classical Techniques Class, designed for experienced practitioners seeking a challenging, dynamic workout.
Focused on Joseph Pilates' classical order of exercises, this class pushes your strength, flexibility, and endurance through complex movements and advanced exercises. Utilizing the six core Pilates principles of Pilates: Breath, Concentration, Control, Flow (fluidity), Centering, and Precision, you'll refine your technique, master control, and deepen your understanding of your body’s capabilities in a supportive, high-performance environment.

It’s slow, steady, and deeply educational—designed to set clients up for long-term success in our more advanced classes. It’s foundational—not easy—and designed to empower clients as they progress into more advanced classes with confidence and clarity.
