ENERGY RISER
For those seeking a high-energy workout, Energy Riser offers the same principles and exercises as our Full Body Flow class but at a faster pace and with added cardio elements. Expect dynamic, controlled movements that build strength, improve coordination, and enhance balance. This class will elevate your heart rate, make you glisten, and leave you feeling the burn. This class is not suitable for beginners, intermediate and advanced.
STRETCH + RESTORE
Stretch & Restore Is a full mind-body class to help realign, and restore your body to it's optimum state. This class class utilizes both mat and reformer for a sequence of guided stretches, an active flow to help you reset. Focusing on stretching, and lengthening you entire body, whilst targeting deep core activation. Benefits include, improved flexibility, and your performance in other physical activities. Decrease your risk of injuries, and helps your joints move through their full range of motion. Increase muscle blood flow…and gain a sense of deep relaxation and stress relief.
